History comes alive at the NORTH CAROLINA AVIATION MUSEUM  . You can view a collection of authentically restored, airworthy aircraft dating from World War II through the Vietnam era.

The NORTH CAROLINA ZOO  was the nations first state supported zoo. Created to support a commitment to conservation and develop a sense of how the creatures around us affect our daily lives.

Don't forget to stop by the SUNSET THEATRE.  The Sunset Theater was the first structure built in Asheboro for the sole purpose of showing movies.  Located in downtown Asheboro, you still can watch both live performances as well as movies!

The RANDOLPH ARTS GUILD is a multi-action, multi-cultural, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing the citizens of Randolph County with the means to express themselves through the Visual, Literary, and Performing Arts.
